Not gonna lie, I've been SO spoiled this year!
Badminton, Ipad for Christmas, PS3 for Christmas, Amazing camera for my Birthday, I’m going to be in the opening ceremony of the olympics, and I’m going to the battle proms in July!
SO EXCITED!!!!
Also, I’m in a show this week, going on a hot air Balloon flight next week, going to the theatre the week after and then in another show the week after that.
I am hella busy right...

First weigh in and measure up since starting boot...
Which pretty much proves that being skinny isn’t all about weight.
2 more sessions this week and then one more week left of the challenge.
I really need to get my water intake u because that really helps with the weight loss.

Ugh. 3rd Boot camp session today. This time it was...
I’m so tired!! All of my muscles hurt! All of them. And they have for like 3 days.
Blarg. Although, it’s almost a week in now so only another 2 to go.
I’m craving chocolate like mad though.

Pretty much couldn't walk/move today after boot...
And I have another session tomorrow where I won’t be able to move again. Which proves hard…awkward.

Day 3 of the 21 day challenge and I'm finding it...
I keep craving things that I’m not allowed to eat like bread and chocolate and sweet things in general.
Also, first day of the exercise section today which is called Boot Camp.
I’m totally wiped out! It was really good, some of the exercises were really hard but most of them were really good and I can feel them working.

So everybody I'm starting this thing called the 21...
Nutrition part:
You have to cut out 5 sections of “food” from your diet.
Alcohol.
Caffeine.
Wheat.
Dairy.
Processed foods.
So that’s no bread, pasta, milk, cheese, yoghurt, etc. And no fast food like McDonalds or KFC because it’s not really food.
It’s pretty much a “Cave man” diet so you can only eat what you’d find. So you’re allowed...
